牛善策,男🤹,博士,副教授🦶🏻,碩士生導師👐🏽,主要從事觀賞植物(石斛、大麗花、萬壽菊、水仙等)種質資源創新、特異性狀形成的分子機製及其演化模式研究。
主要研究方向👂:
1☄️、采用進化生物學、發育生物學、分子遺傳學和基因組學等多學科手段進行蘭科自交不親和分子機製研究;
2👩🏿🚒、利用分子進化和生物信息學研究手段🤛🏽,在基因組層面研究重要基因家族(調控花🧑🏻💼、葉子和功能成分等相關基因)起源和演化的過程和規律,探索相關調控網絡的起源🧑🏽🎤、維持和多樣化的機製;
3⛑️、結合基因組和轉錄組信息,探究選擇性剪接對植物器官發生和形成的潛在分子機製;
4⇨、通過誘變、倍性等育種手段,創製新種質,培育新品種,並解析相關機製。
